Ranked in the top 1% of home sales worldwide, Robert and his team, The Radcliffe Group, have been recognized by The Wall Street Journal as one of the top 250 sales teams in the United States.
In addition to his near three-decade long career in real estate sales, Robert often finds himself advising his clients on all aspects of real estate, such as buying, selling, building and development. As a widely recognized mentor and leader in his industry, Robert has led numerous national and local agent-training programs, has discussed real-estate trending topics on television, radio and print, and has successfully managed local real estate offices.
On a personal level, Robert is a husband, and a father to three boys; with his oldest graduating from USC. A family man, Robert deeply understands the emotional process of buying or selling a home and acknowledges that each family member has their own expectations. Robert’s goal is to exceed those expectations and to establish a long-lasting business relationship as a trusted real estate advisor.
Robert is active in his community and a past donor to various charities benefiting Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Chrysalis, Habitat for Humanity and Beit T’Shuvah. He has also authored and published two books, which have both been on the recommended reading lists at Palisades Charter High and Santa Monica High. Additionally, Robert has been the keynote speaker to students on the subject of living a healthy, sober life.
