About Carol
Carol began her real estate career after earning her bachelors in marketing and sales. Starting as the director of marketing for a top producer, Carol quickly decided she would rather work directly with clients and sell real estate. With over 20 years experience in the Chicagoland market, Carol has sold everything from studio apartments to penthouses to Gold Coast mansions.
Carol prides herself on helping clients find value in order to make good investments which is evidenced by the fact that Carol's business is based on returning clients and their referrals. Whether it's new construction or a home in need of work, Carol advises each client with an eye towards their long and short term return.
Carol especially enjoys finding properties that are undervalued or that need work so her clients enjoy a quick increase in their equity. In addition to advising clients on improving their new purchases, she has personally rehabbed 6 properties, the most recent being a 4 story townhouse that she moved into 65 days after going down to the studs.
As the mother of middle school boys, Carol is in touch with what families are looking for in a home and what they want and need to know about Lincoln Park and neighboring communities. She has volunteered as a Sunday School teacher at Fourth Presbyterian Church, Chaired the Holiday Faire Bake Sale at St. Chrysostum's Day School and served on the Executive Board for the PTA.
