Ashlee Donaldson is a highly dedicated and successful full-time Professional Realtor in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a native Arizonan and North Scottsdale resident, Ashlee has literally grown up in the Arizona Real Estate Market. She began her career in 2002 as a Licensed Residential Appraiser in her family-owned appraisal business, Tri City Appraisers. In 2008, she earned her Certified Residential Appraiser designation which she currently holds, and that same year became a Licensed Realtor. In 2015, she joined Keller Williams Arizona Realty and has been solely focused on selling residential real estate ever since. Ashlee’s extensive appraisal background has been an instrumental caveat to her business success assisting buyers and sellers with detailed market analytics, home valuations and accurately determining value given the complexities of local market trends.
